Jeff started Integrity Movers in 2009 with a truck, a work ethic, and a need for work. He quickly became popular in the community from treating people right and the business took care of itself. Seventeen years later that belief has proven true.

When Jeff is not running moves, he is the reason Integrity Movers has partnerships with companies like Patterson Dental, Henry Schein, and Image One — relationships built on trust and maintained through consistency over many years.
He spends his time with his family, lifting up his children and praising them. He loves going up north in the summer and spending time with his grandchildren.
Behind every great business is a woman who held everything together through love, compassion, and integrity — and that is Susan. Susan and Jeff have been married since 2000 and the company started in their home where they built systems, created paperwork, followed up with customers, and ran the company.
Susan is a very successful woman who runs her own estate sale company called Two Sisters Estate Sales. It started when one of their earlier customers asked if she could sell the items in her home. Since that moment and the creation of the business, Susan has taken her love and passion to every one of her clients and helped families navigate transitions in their lives.
Jeff and Susan have created something special and none of this would have been possible without Narcotics Anonymous. NA has been a cornerstone of their lives for as long as they have run Integrity Movers. Addiction is a mindset where people struggle feeling like they are not enough — and Jeff and Susan have found freedom. On the other side of that decision is a beautiful family and business rooted in the belief that doing the highest good is how you change your life and the lives of the people around you.
Addiction is not just a substance — it is a mindset. A way of thinking that tells you that you are not enough, that you cannot build anything, that the life you want is for other people. Breaking free from that mindset is the hardest thing a person can do. Jeff and Susan did it together, and what they built on the other side of that decision is Integrity Movers — a company rooted in the belief that doing the highest good, for every customer, on every job, every single day, is how you change your life and the lives of people around you. That community helped them get on their feet, find their footing, and build something real. Justin has been working for Integrity Movers since he was 16 years old. Since then, he has seen everything about moving and the culture of helping customers and others achieve their highest good. When it comes to carrying furniture and meeting customers, he has done it all from the ground up.
Justin is a cornerstone of the family and of Integrity Movers. His specialties include talking with customers and building trust before the crew even arrives. Justin makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Beyond the company, Justin is a carrier of the culture that was built by Jeff and Susan. He knows what the company stands for because he has lived it since he was a teenager. His combination of hands-on experience and people skills makes him a rare asset at Integrity Movers, and the team could not be happier to have him.
Jeff Jr. is someone people gravitate toward. He is one of the kindest people you will meet and from growing up with Jeff and Susan he not only watched his parents build something from nothing — he absorbed it. The sacrifices, the long hours, the dedication — Jeff Jr. saw it all up close and carried those lessons into everything he does.
Jeff Jr. has done exceptionally well with computer systems, from GPS systems to computers, shop maintenance, and truck maintenance. His contribution goes far beyond keeping the lights on. He creates systems and processes that make the entire team more efficient.
What sets Jeff Jr. apart is that he does not wait to be told what needs to be done. He sees it, he builds it, and he installs it into the culture of the company with the same quiet confidence he brings to everything in his life.
Jeff Jr. is one of the best people to talk to — he does not judge, he laughs, has fun, and lives in the moment. Regardless of who it is, Jeff Jr. can show up for other people. He is capable of many great things and is going to continue to grow in the years ahead, carrying the values that Jeff and Susan instilled in him since childhood.
Tony will be the first to tell you he is the youngest. What he will not tell you — but everyone else will — is how much he brings to this family and this company.
Growing up as the youngest meant watching everything. Watching Jeff and Susan sacrifice. Watching Justin grind. Watching Jeff Jr. build. By the time it was Tony’s turn he did not just join Integrity Movers — he came prepared.
Tony holds a Master of Business Administration and brings that foundation to everything he touches at Integrity Movers. Payroll, invoicing, taxes, systems, branding, marketing — Tony is the person who makes sure the business side of the business actually works. He is the one who created the Integrity Movers logo, got the trucks wrapped, and turned a family operation into a brand that Metro Detroit recognizes and trusts. He did not create the culture — that belongs to Jeff and Susan — but he saw it, understood it, and built everything around it so the world could see what this family had been quietly doing for years.
In 2025 Tony ran his first senior moving project completely independently — coordinating the move, managing the details, and delivering the Integrity Movers experience without anyone holding his hand. It was a milestone that meant more than most people knew.
Tony works alongside the crew, listens to their needs, and advocates for the people who show up every day and make the moves happen. He helps Jeff with the things that keep the business running behind the scenes — the paperwork, the numbers, the details that nobody sees but everyone benefits from. He is, as he puts it, the mini mom that does everything.
Outside of work Tony loves his dog, biking, cooking, and going deep on the things that matter. He believes in doing the highest good — not as a tagline but as a daily standard — and he brings that belief to every role he plays in this family and this company.
Tony is the youngest. But do not let that fool you.

Joey, who brings years of operational experience from his work at Constructeam, and Christina, who carries the same warmth and work ethic this family is known for, are both loving parents, devoted siblings, and people who show up for the people they love — in and out of work.
Neither is in the business full time today. They have their own lives, their own careers, and their own families they are building. But the dream — the one this family jokes about around the dinner table — is that one day Integrity Movers grows big enough to bring everyone home. Multiple locations, expanded services, and a family operation that truly runs in every sense of the word.
