Jeff, the founder and owner of Integrity Movers, is the foundation of our company. Almost two decades after building this company from the ground up, Jeff still takes calls, books jobs, and oversees every move, while continuing to build relationships with customers and commercial partners throughout Metro Detroit. Jeff believes in showing up every day with integrity and letting the work speak for itself.
If Jeff is the foundation, Susan is the heart and soul of Integrity Movers. Susan and Jeff have been married since 2000, and the company began in their home, where they developed systems, prepared paperwork, engaged with customers, and managed the company. Susan is a successful woman who runs her own estate-sale company, Two Sisters Estate Sales.
Justin is a cornerstone of the family and of Integrity Movers. He has worked for Integrity Movers since he was 16 and has since studied every aspect of the moving business. Justin’s specialties include building trust with customers before the crew even arrives and carrying forward the culture established by Jeff and Susan.
Growing up, Jeff Jr. watched his parents build Integrity Movers, learning firsthand the work it takes to build a successful company. He has done great work with computer systems and in shop and truck maintenance, and has created systems and processes that make the entire team more efficient. We know he will continue to grow in the years ahead.
With a Master of Business Administration, Tony helps Jeff with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the business running, the details nobody sees, but everyone benefits from. He handles payroll, invoicing, taxes, systems, branding, and marketing, and works alongside the crew, listening to and advocating for the people who make the moves happen.
